I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were clean, smart, and incredibly comfortable, with lovely home touches like a free bottle of London Pride in the fridge and good coffee. The yummiest breakfast, especially the veggie option, made my mornings even better. Although the hotel service was friendly and clear, it could have been more attentive. The location was nothing short of perfect, just a short walk from iconic landmarks and with a pub attached for convenience. The dining experience was really good, offering plenty of choices and a menu that was a welcome change. A fantastic choice for my London trip!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a very nice size with all the conveniences and more spacious than expected, but my room felt like Harry Potter's closet, it was so claustrophobic. The service was incredible, especially the lady at the reception desk, but there were some rude front of house staff that made me less likely to go back. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so central and great for our plans, yet there were some issues with rude staff. The dining was fantastic with a variety of dishes and fast service, but some complaints about the front of house staff affected the overall enjoyment of the stay.

They were more spacious than I had expected but a tad small with no outlets in the bathroom.
